How do you convince the US audience of the goodness of Korean Red Ginseng?
THE CHALLENGE
Korea Ginseng Corp (KGC) is a well-established global leading premium brand of Korean Red Ginseng in South Korea. Since the company launched its U.S. office, it has been exercising vigorous marketing and advertising to gain recognition in the U.S. market, which has led to an increase in its sales volume.
My role was to create a series of marketing materials to catch the target audience's eyes while maintaining their brand identity through unified visuals. The job duties include creating sales sheets, banners for conventions, newspaper and magazine ads, social media graphics, store displays, company forms, infographic design, etc.
THE SOLUTION
The main focus was to effectively communicate and pass information about Korean Red Ginseng while carrying out the brand's color palettes and typography. Also, the design needed to convey the premium quality and high heritage of its products. I designed a clean structured layout with some professionally retouched ginseng visuals so the audience would have a premium and luxury experience with the brand aesthetic. *Designed with some assets provided by the client.

BRAND APPLICATION
The various printed materials are designed with a professional aesthetic while giving a bit of a Korean element with "Hanji" mimicking background texture. In addition, the ginseng visual as a focal point brings attention and visualizes what the product is about at one glance.
